About the Role:
Join Hancock's of Paducah as an Order Fulfillment Sales Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers both online and in-store. Be a part of a dynamic team that thrives on providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping and fulfillment experience. Please note that this position is offered on a full-time basis only.
Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize point-of-sale systems for transactions and record-keeping.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and organization.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or order fulfillment is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
